Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist clients in understanding insurance policies, coverage options, and claims processes.
• Process policy changes, claims submissions, and premium payments accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.
• Collaborate with agents, underwriters, and other team members to address customer needs effectively.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative in the insurance industry.
• Proficiency in insurance terminology, policies, and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., CRM systems, Microsoft Office).
